Traditional Leaders are influential in most rural communities in East and Southern Africa and play a key role in advocating and driving social mobilization initiatives that address gender-based violence.

Ahead of the 16-days activism campaign against Gender-Based Violence (25 November till 10 December), Trans.Lieu was tasked to produce a short and long video clip highlighting the important role of traditional leaders in helping addressing gender-based violence issues during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
