AfricaNenda Launch Event

The objective of the event was to launch AfricaNenda as an independent Africa-led coalition of dedicated digital payment experts determined to accelerate the roll-out of Inclusive Instant Payment Systems (IIPS) in Africa.

AfricaNenda aims to be an accelerator of talent, expertise, and leadership in inclusive payments in Africa, and a driver for thought-leadership. The launch event kickstarted a conversation on the opportunities and challenges of inclusive payment systems, as well as expand, strengthen networks and collaborations. The event convened prominent multi-sector experts and stakeholders within the field of financial inclusion and inclusive payment systems in African. It concluded with the coalition’s main supporters - Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and was moderated by Ms. Peters, CNBC Africa news anchor. They also officially signed the MOUs Live.

Trans.Lieu was commissioned to stream this high-level hybrid event and also design complementing animated lower thirds and holding page. In addition, we designed branded merchandising items for the event including notebooks, pens, face masks, roll-up banners and the hotel signages.
