Getting ready for the next health emergency. For the first time ever, the Global Outbreak and Alert Response Network (GOARN) and WHO conducted an intensive outbreak scenario-driven training in Africa. The five days intensive course simulates the technical and operational challenges of an outbreak response and took place from 8-13 April, 2018 in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo.
